STEP 1 IQC

Incoming Quality Control

The inspection includes ingredient and raw material testing, appearance, odor, characteristics, and equipment checking.

STEP 2 IPQC

In-Process Quality Control

As part of our quality control process, we inspect the products' appearance, PH scale, and consistency to ensure they meet our high standards.

STEP 3 PQC

Process Quality Control

We do a sensory analysis during this step, including the product's appearance, smell, and texture. Physical tests and Microbial Detection are also included.

STEP 4 Filling & Packaging QC

Confirm the product's final weight, airtightness, and date.

STEP 5 FQC

Final Quality Control

Verify final product's appearance, date marked on the packaging, and microbial detection.
